Audrey Biggs is a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Media and
Professional Communication with a digital media track and earning a certificate in the history of
sports. She is originally from Catlettsburg, Kentucky, where she grew up surrounded by athletics
and competition. Coming from a heavily involved sports family, Audrey developed a strong
appreciation for both the on-field action and the stories that surround sports at a young age.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Audrey is a guard on the University of Pittsburgh women’s
basketball team, balancing the demands of Division I athletics with her studies. Her experiences
as a student-athlete have fueled her passion for sports media, and she hopes to pursue a
career as a sideline reporter for football and/or a sports anchor. With a deep understanding of
sports culture and a strong communication background, Audrey aims to bring insightful and
engaging storytelling to the world of sports broadcasting.
