PITTSBURGH, PA (PTTP)- Professor Sally Seitz is a film and media studies professor at Pitt. Many students enjoy her classes as they are more relaxed and discussion based. Professor Seitz did not always plan on becoming a professor for film studies though.
During her undergraduate years, she had to take an extra year of classes. She ended up taking a screenwriting class and found her passion for playwriting, screenwriting, and film in general. This pushed her towards graduate school for dramatic writing at Carnegie Mellon University and is ultimately why she is here at Pitt today.
