PITTSBURGH, Pa (PTTP) — Brandon Glova, better known as his stage name DJ Bonics, has been a disk jockey ever since he first learned it in his freshman year at the University of Pittsburgh. When coming into his first year of college, he eventually joined the radio station WPTS. During his time at Pitt, he would DJ for Pitt Program Council, college parties, frat parties, and many other events. In an interview with Glova, he stated “Pitt really gave me that opportunity to really start my career which was DJing on campus, at events, and also having the radio station… and honestly that seemed really impossible at the time, to be on the radio and eventually meeting different people at Pitt introduced me to the HipHop scene in Pittsburgh which ultimately led me to meet Wiz and have that journey”.

Soon after graduating, Glova worked for seven years as the mixer and afternoon drive DJ at WKST-FM, a Kiss-FM station in Pittsburgh, PA. After leaving WKST-FM in 2010, he became the official DJ for Wiz Khalifa and has worked with him for almost two decades, with a tour scheduled for May.

Glova continues to DJ and collaborate with numerous artists worldwide alongside Wiz Khalifa, delivering high-energy performances for global audiences.
