Pittsburgh, Pa. (PTTP)- Country music star Jason Aldean is opening a new restaurant on Pittsburgh’s North Shore. The area is popular during sports games due to its location near Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park. Aldean’s restaurant is opening in association with the TC Restuarant Group, which also owns Tequila Cowboy, the bar across the street from the new location.
The menu is expected to have Southern inspirations, as expected from Aldean’s music. In addition to food, there will be a small stage for live musicians to perform.
The restaurant will occupy the building formerly inhabited by Jerome Bettis’ Grill 36. Bettis’ Grille 36 closed in March 2020 at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic and never reopened. Aldean’s first restaurant opened in 2018 in Nashville, and there is another location in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. There is also another Tequila Cowboy location in Nashville.
The soft opening of the restaurant is scheduled for March 13, and the full opening is on March 22.
