PITTSBURGH, PA (PTTP) – In Bellevue, a new cat lounge and adoption center just opened up called Whisker Wonderland. People can come in, hang-out and play with cats, do their work, have a cup of coffee, and relax. The atmosphere and environment makes it so everyone is welcome and feels safe there.

Owner and creator Anna Montano, talks about her primary focus on her business, stating how she intends to bring more awareness and implement a change on homeless cats throughout Pittsburgh. Since the pandemic, the number of stray and abandoned cats in Pittsburgh has increased greatly, leading to the need of Anna’s business.

For a small entrance fee, people can pay $15 to play and pet the cats for one hour, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

She seeks donations through her GoFundMe where people can donate money to help pay for the cats food, litter, and vet fees. She also takes physical donations of cat food and litter as well.
