Six Pitt affiliates named Pittsburgh Business Times Women of Influence

PITTSBURGH, PA (PTTP) – Six women affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh have been named 2025 Women of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The Times announced its 2025 honorees on March 12th, 2025, and will celebrate them with a special edition of the Times on May 16th.

The six Pitt affiliated honorees are Rhonda Carson-Leach, director of the entrepreneurial fellows class and the Urban and Community Entrepreneurship Program at Pitt’s Innovation Institute, Alyssa Cholodofsky, CEO of 412 food rescue and Pitt undergraduate class of 1989 and School of Public and International Affairs class of 1995, Amy Coles, partner and co-chair of Blank Rome LLP’s Pittsburgh office and Pitt School of Law class of 2002, Rosa Davis, CEO of the Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery and School of Social Work class of 1986, Susheela Nemani-Stanger, executive director of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and School of Public and International Affairs class of 2007, and Susie Shipley, Pennsylvania, Ohio Valley, and Mahoning Valley regional president of Huntington National Bank and Katz School of Business class of 1988.

This is the seventh time the Women of Influence award has been awarded by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The first group of honorees were announced in 2018, and the Times have given the award every year since. This year’s honorees will be celebrated at a special ceremony at Acrisure stadium on May 21st.
