PITTSBURGH, PA (PTTP) – Amazing Books and Records is a store where people can shop for used and new books. The store features a wide variety of different genres and authors that customers can peruse through.
The store’s motto goes as follows, that you will always get a free used book or record of your choice, with every 3 items that you buy. Your lowest priced item is free, if it is up to $10 in value, and if all four of your items are at least $10 each, you’ll get $10 of your whole purchase.
On Thursdays, both store locations give out a free beer and sparkling water, with no purchase necessary. Owner Eric Ackland states how it is a great marketing tactic for him and his business, and helps bring people together in a fun way.
This upcoming Saturday, the Squirrel Hill location is celebrating their four year anniversary, and to commence their celebration, they will have high quality beer and wine, compared to what they normally serve, “we’re having extra good beer…and exceptional wine” stated Ackland.
