West Chester East High School is proud to partner with the University of Pittsburgh’s College in High
School program. WC East currently has two sections of Broadcast Journalism and Social Media
Honors that runs concurrently with Pitt’s Broadcasting 1 Class. Of the 38 students taking the class,
34 are actively earning the 3 college credits associated with this endeavor. Our school community
would like to thank Pitt, Professor Kevin Smith, and all who are involved with providing this
opportunity for our students. We look forward to our two live shows on “Pitt to the Point!”
