Pitt Archery Club Going to Nationals

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (PTTP) – The Archery Club at the University of Pittsburgh was founded in 2017 by occupational therapy student Julia Lam. The club showcases students’ love for the sport of archery and involves students in learning and practicing in a fun and social environment. Both recreational and competitive groups are offered, and everyone is welcome regardless of prior archery experience or background.

In late February, the competitive team will be traveling to James Madison University in Virginia to attend the Archery Indoor Nationals. The group is currently preparing to represent Pitt in the collegiate category of the competition.

The Archery Club is looking to expand its membership and encourages all students interested to sign up and take part in this unique sport. More information can be found by going to their Instagram, @archeryatpitt, or by signing up for the email list at https://pittarchery.com/join/.
